She has spent years taking on logistically complex and also simple out-your-front-door expeditions. At age 23, Katie was the youngest woman to run across America. Ten years later, she ran across the continent and brutal terrain of Australia with only her husband on a bicycle for support. Katie also has 10+ years of experience as a community-builder and entrepreneur. Self-Care for the Holidays

Sunday, NOVEMBER 22ND
1-2:30 PM EASTERN

I remember the magic of the holiday season as a child. There was excitement, free time, gifts, and an overabundance of good food. As an adult, it can be easy to experience the holiday season as a time of overindulgence, a never-ending to-do list, and stress. I don’t know what the holiday season will look like in 2020, but I’m ready for a reset on caring for myself during the holidays. Rather than meeting the new year depleting from this season, let’s get together and discuss how to regenerate ourselves during this season.

Join for a workshop on prioritizing and simplifying our self-care for the holiday season. We will focus on:

  • Creating and/or simplifying your self-care practices to create more ease around caring for yourself during the holiday season

  • Having open discussions around the benefits, challenges, and nuances of self-care

  • Tools and practices to help with integrating self-care into your daily routines during the holidays and beyond

What people have said about past workshops:

“I absolutely loved this. I appreciated that you brought a fresh lens to explore [self-care].” - Leah LM

“Loved the beautiful space where such beautiful shares emerged.” - Anna N.

“[I appreciated] the grounding, wisdom, breakthroughs, collective healing.” - Keshia S.

“I truly needed this space today and feel my heart opening already.” - Jessica M.

“I appreciated everyone’s vulnerability. I truly enjoyed the visualization exercises.” - Dawn J.

This will be a 90-minute interactive session where we look into simplifying and integrating self-care practices into our daily routines throughout the holiday season and beyond.

She believes that the change of the world starts within, and she is on a mission to support those that want to support others, so that collectively we all rise together.

"The journey of Lovelight Way began with a knowing inside of me that life is not meant to be lived in suffering. I was held prisoner by the fears of my past trauma drama. Embrace & embody your own unwavering sense of self. Be your own inspiration for the life you want to create. Experience the awe of your unique presence. Break down the barriers of your fear." - Leah Lovelight Michael
